I had a withdrawal pending on Eightcap for over a week from Jaipur. Support kept asking for the same documents twice. Amount arrived eventually but the process was poor.

Main Eightcap par 18 months se hoon. Deposit usually smooth rehta hai UPI se. Support kabhi fast kabhi slow. Trading conditions theek hain but koi wow factor nahi hai.

My overall experience with Eightcap has been positive: account setup was straightforward and I was trading the same day. Execution feels consistent during normal market hours and I like having multiple platform options because I switch between desktop and mobile depending on my schedule. Spreads/fees have generally matched what I expected on my account type, and I haven’t noticed any weird order behavior. The only area I’d like improved is the withdrawal flow—my last withdrawal went through, but the status updates weren’t very informative and I had to double-check with support to confirm the timeline. Support was polite and helpful when I reached out, but I think the client portal could explain processing steps in a clearer way so you don’t need to ask.

I opened a Standard account from Dubai and the onboarding was straightforward. The platform setup was quick and I was able to fund the account without any confusion. Execution on major FX pairs felt consistent during my normal trading hours and spreads were generally in line with what I expected for a Standard account. What keeps this from being a full 5 stars is that withdrawals were not always instant on my side—nothing alarming, just a bit slower than I hoped compared to deposits. Support was responsive when I asked basic questions about funding and account settings, and the answers were clear. Overall, it has been a reliable broker for my day-to-day swing trades and occasional intraday entries, with only minor friction on cash-out timing.

Noida se Eightcap try kiya. Deposit toh ho gaya tha easily but withdrawal process bahut slow laga. Platform theek hai, lekin payout speed disappointing thi.
