Where I think they can improve is communication around withdrawal processing. My withdrawals did arrive, but one of them took longer than I expected and the status updates weren’t very descriptive, so I ended up checking with support just to confirm everything was in progress. Support was polite and resolved my questions, but I’d like more proactive notifications and clearer timelines inside the client area. If they tighten that up, I’d rate them higher.
