Overall the platform has been stable for me, and I like that the account reporting is clean and easy to follow when I’m reconciling trades at month-end. Deposits were straightforward, but I had one instance where the funding confirmation took longer than I expected, so I’m not giving a perfect score there. Withdrawals have been fine so far, though the timeline feels a bit less predictable than instant methods—I prefer when the app gives clearer status updates. Support was helpful when I asked about account settings and currency conversion fees. I didn’t feel rushed, and the answers were practical, not copy-paste. My only wish is more FX-specific guidance inside the platform (like clearer swap/rollover visibility before placing the trade).

Reliable platform, but the onboarding took longer than I expected
