Fast onboarding and solid mobile experience, but fees need clarity
I’m Vikram from Delhi and I’ve been trading with PrimeXBT for about 6 months on a Standard account. Account setup was quick and the platform feels responsive, especially on mobile. Order placement is smooth and I haven’t faced random disconnects during active sessions. What I like most is how easy it is to monitor positions and risk on the go. Charting tools are good enough for my intraday checks, and the overall UI is clean. What I didn’t love: the total cost of trading wasn’t always obvious to me at first. Between spreads and any extra charges depending on instrument, I had to double-check the fee breakdown more than I expected. It’s not a deal-breaker, but I’d prefer more upfront clarity inside the trade ticket. Support was decent when I asked a basic account question—got a helpful reply, though not instantly. Deposits were smooth for me. Withdrawals worked, but I’d like faster processing/clearer status updates.
