What I don’t love is how easy it is to lose track of total costs when you’re active—spreads/fees are there, but I’d like a clearer all-in cost preview before confirming an order and a more transparent summary in the history. Deposits were smooth for me, and withdrawals arrived, but the status updates could be more descriptive (it sometimes sits on “processing” without telling you what step it’s on). Support was polite and answered my questions, but I had to follow up once to get a more specific explanation instead of a generic help-center link. Overall I’m staying because the platform is responsive and easy to use, but I’m more cautious now with position sizing because costs add up quickly if you overtrade.
