The platform connection has been stable for me and I didn’t notice weird freezes when volatility picked up. Spreads were generally acceptable on EUR/USD and GBP/USD, and the order fills felt consistent for market and limit entries. Where it could improve is the “admin” side. The onboarding and funding flow took more clicks than I expected, and I had to double-check a couple of documents because the portal UI wasn’t super clear about what was already approved. Nothing dramatic, just slightly dated. Support was responsive and polite when I asked about margin requirements and trading hours for certain instruments.
