I’m Ahmed from Ajman (UAE). I opened a Standard account and used it for a few months mainly for small EURUSD and gold positions. The platform itself was stable most days and execution was acceptable when the market was calm, but during busy sessions I noticed wider spreads and a bit of slippage compared to what I expected. Depositing was straightforward and credited fast, but the overall experience feels a little “busy” with many options and menus, so it took time to get comfortable. Support replied, but sometimes I had to repeat the same question in a different way to get a clear answer. Not a disaster and I can trade, but I wouldn’t call it smooth. For beginners it might feel overwhelming unless you are patient and keep your position sizes small while learning.

Spreads and execution felt acceptable on normal market hours for the small position sizes I use. What I didn’t like is the overall “busy” feel of the client area—too many menus and popups, and it took me time to find basic things like statements and history. I also had a couple of moments where the app felt laggy during news candles (not a complete freeze, but not smooth either). Overall it’s usable, just not as clean as I expected. I’d say it’s fine for beginners testing the waters, but I’d recommend improving the UI and making reporting/export more straightforward.
