I’m Layla from Dubai and I’ve been using InstaForex on and off for about 6 months for small EURUSD and gold positions. The spreads were acceptable most of the time on my Standard account, and execution was okay during normal sessions, but the client area feels crowded and it takes extra clicks to find basic things like account statements and past withdrawal requests. Depositing by card was straightforward and showed up quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of them took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once with support to confirm the processing step. Support was polite and answered, but I didn’t always get a clear ETA. Overall it’s usable, especially if you’re not doing anything too advanced, but I wish the dashboard and history pages were simpler and more transparent.

Spreads and execution felt acceptable on normal market hours for the small position sizes I use. What I didn’t like is the overall “busy” feel of the client area—too many menus and popups, and it took me time to find basic things like statements and history. I also had a couple of moments where the app felt laggy during news candles (not a complete freeze, but not smooth either). Overall it’s usable, just not as clean as I expected. I’d say it’s fine for beginners testing the waters, but I’d recommend improving the UI and making reporting/export more straightforward.
