Using FXCM for 6 months. Spreads are acceptable but not the best I have seen. Support answered my KYC query eventually. Would say it is an average experience overall.

I’m Mariam from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading mostly major FX pairs with small position sizes. Overall my experience has been positive: the platform feels stable during normal market hours and orders usually fill without surprises. Spreads on majors were acceptable for my style, and the charting/tools were easy to get used to. What kept this from being a 5-star experience is the lack of clarity around some costs on my side (conversion/processing and small account charges). I didn’t lose money because of it, but I had to dig through FAQs and statements to understand exactly what was applied. Support was polite and professional, but not always fast when I asked more detailed questions about statement lines. If they made the cost breakdown more transparent inside the portal, it would be close to perfect for me.

I’m Rahul from Ahmedabad and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD with a small risk per trade. My overall experience has been positive: the platform feels stable during London/NY overlap and orders usually go through without surprises. Spreads are acceptable for my style (mostly intraday), and I like that the account dashboard is straightforward. What held this back from a 5-star rating is that I had one confusing situation around market reopening after the weekend. Prices jumped at open and my pending order triggered faster than I expected. Nothing looked “wrong,” but I would appreciate clearer warnings/education inside the platform about gap risk and how pending orders behave around low-liquidity periods. Deposits were smooth for me and credited quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as fast as the deposit side, and the status updates could be more transparent. Support was helpful when I asked about the withdrawal timeline and they responded politely with a clear checklist (KYC, cutoff times, etc.).

Main FXCM par 3 months se hoon. Deposit usually smooth rehta hai UPI se. Support kabhi fast kabhi slow. Trading conditions theek hain but koi wow factor nahi hai.
