Deposits have been straightforward and credited without drama. Withdrawals did go through, but the processing window felt a bit slower than I prefer—nothing alarming, just not “instant.” Support is responsive when you ask specific questions, but the website/client portal has too many pages and steps for simple things like checking fees or downloading statements. Overall I’d keep using them, but I’d love a cleaner UI and clearer account info.
