Once the account was up and running, the overall experience has been solid: the platform feels stable during the London session, charts load quickly, and I haven’t noticed random disconnects. Deposits were straightforward from my side, but the initial onboarding/KYC flow was a little picky and I had to re-upload one document because the image quality was flagged. After that, funding and trading were normal. Withdrawals have worked, but not always as fast as I expected—one payout landed the next day, another took a couple of business days with no clear status updates in between. Support was helpful when I asked about the delay; they answered, but I had to follow up once to get a timeline. Overall, I’d rate it positively for usability and reliability, with room to improve the clarity around verification and withdrawal status tracking.
