Spreads have been reasonable for my style (I’m more of a swing trader than a scalper), and I appreciate that the reporting makes it easy to review my trade history. What I didn’t love was the onboarding/KYC pace. It wasn’t a disaster, but I had a few back-and-forths to confirm documents and it added a couple of days before everything was fully active. After that, day-to-day trading has been smooth. Support is polite and clear, but sometimes I had to follow up to get a final confirmation in writing. I’d still keep using them, just set expectations that setup might not be instant.
