Execution has been consistently smooth during normal market hours and I haven’t noticed any random freezes or “stuck” orders on my side. Spreads feel competitive for my style (short intraday trades), though they do widen a bit around major news which is expected. Deposits were straightforward using my usual payment method and the funds showed up without me needing to chase support. Withdrawals did arrive, but the processing time felt a little inconsistent—one payout was quick, another took an extra business day with no clear status update in the portal. Support has been polite and generally helpful when I asked basic questions about account settings and trading hours, but the in-app/portal navigation could be more intuitive (especially finding statements and fee details). Overall I’m satisfied and will keep the account, just hoping they improve the UI and withdrawal tracking.
