I’m Ananya from Bangalore and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account for about 6 months. Execution has felt consistent during normal liquidity and the spreads are generally where I expect them to be for my style (intraday, 5–30 min holds). The platform connection has been stable and I haven’t had random disconnects on my side. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the account setup/KYC phase took longer than I anticipated, with a couple of back-and-forth emails to clarify documents. Once that was done, deposits reflected quickly and I was able to start trading the same day. Withdrawals have worked, but one of my withdrawals took an extra business day compared to the fastest one, so I’d call it good but not perfect. Support is polite and answers clearly, though sometimes I had to follow up once to get a status update. Overall: a solid broker experience for day-to-day trading, with minor friction during onboarding and occasional slower withdrawal processing.
