Smooth onboarding and stable execution, but fees could be clearer

I’m Ananya from Kolkata and I’ve been using ADCB Securities mainly for spot FX majors and a bit of gold. Account opening was straightforward and the KYC steps were not as painful as I expected. The platform feels stable during normal market hours and I haven’t seen random disconnects. Spreads are generally fine for my style (I do short intraday trades), but I wish the cost breakdown was presented more clearly in one place—especially when you mix different instruments and order types. Deposits showed up quickly on my side. Withdrawals worked, but the status updates were a little vague and I had to double-check the timeline. Support was polite and professional. They answered my questions, but sometimes I had to ask for a more direct “yes/no” before I felt confident proceeding. Overall it’s been a decent experience and I’d keep it in my rotation.
