I’m Mariam from Ajman and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and gold on a Standard account. The platform itself runs smoothly for me and order execution is generally fine, especially during normal market hours. Depositing was straightforward and credited quickly. What I didn’t like is that some costs/conditions felt a bit buried in the fine print. I had a couple of trades where the overnight charges were higher than I expected, and it took extra time with support to understand how the swap/rollover is calculated for the instruments I was trading. Support did respond, but the explanations were not always consistent from one agent to another. Overall it’s usable and I can trade without major issues, but I would rate it higher if pricing details and trading conditions were presented more transparently inside the client area.

Execution is generally okay during normal hours and I haven’t faced random disconnects, but the client area feels a bit outdated and I had to click around too much to find basic things like statement downloads and fee info. Deposits through card were quick on my side, and the trading conditions were acceptable for my swing trades. The only reason I’m not giving a higher rating is that withdrawals were not as smooth as deposits for me—nothing dramatic, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once with support. Support replied politely and did solve my query, just not instantly. If they improve the dashboard and make the withdrawal flow more transparent (status tracking, expected timelines), I’d be happier overall.
