I’m Sanjay from Chennai and I’ve been using FXGlobe on and off for a few months mainly for EURUSD and gold scalps. The good part is the platform felt stable for my sessions and I didn’t see random freezes during peak news candles. Spreads were acceptable most days, but I noticed they can widen more than I expected around rollover and when volatility spikes. Depositing was straightforward and the funds reflected quickly. Where I’m less happy is the overall “polish” of the back office—too many clicks to find basic reports, and some pages load slowly on mobile. Support was polite and answered, but the replies were a bit templated and I had to ask the same question twice to get a clear confirmation on fees and processing times. I’m not calling it a bad broker, just one where the experience is average: usable for trading, but not as smooth as I hoped.

Execution is generally okay during normal hours and I haven’t faced random disconnects, but the client area feels a bit outdated and I had to click around too much to find basic things like statement downloads and fee info. Deposits through card were quick on my side, and the trading conditions were acceptable for my swing trades. The only reason I’m not giving a higher rating is that withdrawals were not as smooth as deposits for me—nothing dramatic, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once with support. Support replied politely and did solve my query, just not instantly. If they improve the dashboard and make the withdrawal flow more transparent (status tracking, expected timelines), I’d be happier overall.
