I’m Arjun from Kochi and I’ve been using JFD for a while mainly for EURUSD/GBPUSD and occasional gold. Execution on my side has been consistent and I haven’t seen random spikes on the chart that made me question fills. The platform side feels stable and I like that order placement is straightforward for both market and pending orders. What keeps it from being a perfect score is the little friction around account admin. The onboarding/KYC was fine but not super fast, and a couple of times I had to double-check which document version they wanted. Spreads are generally competitive in normal market hours, but they widen more than I’d like around high-impact news, so I avoid scalping during those windows. Deposits have been smooth for me. Withdrawals did go through, but once it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up. Support replied and the tone was professional, just not always “first message resolves it.” Overall, I’m comfortable keeping a mid-sized account here, but I’m careful around news and I’d like them to streamline the back-office process a bit.

Overall the execution has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday, occasional news trades). Spreads are generally reasonable during active market hours, and I haven’t noticed any weird re-quotes. The main downside for me is the client portal/user area—basic things like finding old statements and confirming account details takes more clicks than it should. Support was helpful when I asked about margin requirements, but replies weren’t always instant. Deposits have been straightforward on my end. Withdrawals did go through, but the processing time felt average rather than fast. I’m staying with them for now, but I’d love to see a more modern dashboard and clearer reporting.
