I’m Youssef Khan from Al Ain, and I’ve been using Maven Trading for my day-to-day forex trades. Overall it’s been a solid experience: spreads stayed reasonable during normal market hours and my market orders filled without the weird “phantom slippage” I’ve seen elsewhere. The parts I liked most were the account setup speed and the clear trade history reporting. Where it could improve is the platform UX (a couple of menus feel buried) and occasional latency spikes around major news releases. Nothing catastrophic, but it’s noticeable if you scalp. I’d still recommend it if you want a straightforward broker experience, just don’t expect the platform to feel ultra-polished.

Fast setup and clean dashboard, but fills can vary at peak times

Account setup was straightforward and I was trading the same day. What I liked: the dashboard is simple, orders are easy to manage, and my deposits landed quickly. During normal market hours, spreads felt reasonable and I didn’t notice anything strange. What could be better: around high-impact news or the first hour of London open, I saw a bit more slippage than I expected on a couple of market orders. It wasn’t constant, but it’s enough that I now avoid placing tight stops during those moments. Smooth execution, but the dashboard could be clearer

Overall the fills have been consistent for my style (I’m not a hardcore scalper, more like intraday with a few swing holds). Spreads have been reasonable during normal market hours, and I haven’t faced random disconnections on MT5. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. Where I think they can improve is the client dashboard—some of the account history and fee/charge breakdowns aren’t as easy to find, so I ended up exporting statements to double-check my numbers. Support was polite and did follow up, but the first reply felt a bit templated. Once I clarified my question, they gave a proper answer. Withdrawals worked, but my last one took longer than expected (still arrived, just not as fast as the earlier ones). Smooth execution, but dashboards feel a bit clunky

The spreads on my Standard account have been fairly consistent during London hours and I haven’t noticed weird spikes on normal news days. Order fills are generally quick, and I like that the platform doesn’t freeze when volatility picks up. That said, the client area feels a little dated on mobile. Finding reports/statement exports takes a few extra clicks, and I’d love clearer breakdowns of commissions vs swaps per symbol. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. Withdrawals did go through, but one request took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once with support. Support was polite and got it resolved, just not as fast as I’d like. Overall it’s been a solid experience and I’ll keep using it for my swing trades, but the back-office UI and withdrawal speed could be improved.

Spreads are generally acceptable for my style, although they widen during major news which I expected. Depositing was straightforward and credited quickly. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 is that the account reporting feels a bit clunky—finding a clean breakdown of swaps/commissions vs. P&L takes extra clicks, and I’d like more detailed export options. Support was polite and answered my questions about margin and trading hours, but the response time wasn’t always instant. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account as one of my regular options.
