My overall experience with Orientfinance has been positive: spreads on my usual sessions are reasonable and orders go through without weird re-quotes. The platform connection has been stable for me, which matters because I scalp during London open. Where they can improve is the client portal UX. Uploading documents and finding past statements took more clicks than it should, and the verification status wasn’t always clear. Deposits landed quickly using my card, but withdrawals were not “instant”—they arrived, just slower than I expected. Support was polite and followed up, but I had to nudge once to get an ETA. Not perfect, but I’d still keep it as one of my backup accounts for FX majors.

Good execution on majors, app could be cleaner

The main thing I’d improve is the overall platform/app flow—some menus feel a bit buried, and it took me longer than it should to find certain account settings and history filters. Also, during fast news candles I noticed wider spreads and a bit of slippage, which is not unique, but it’s worth mentioning.
