I’m Arjun Nair from Bangalore and I’ve been using Orientfinance on and off for about 6 months. Order execution on majors like EUR/USD and GBP/USD has been mostly stable for my style (short intraday trades), and I haven’t seen obvious price freezes. Spreads are okay during liquid hours, but they widen more than I expected around news, so I avoid placing new positions right at the release. The main drawback for me is the overall platform experience. The client portal feels a bit clunky, and a couple of times my saved settings didn’t stick after logging out. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it makes the broker feel less polished compared to others I’ve used. Deposits via card/UPI worked, and the funds showed up the same day. Withdrawals have been successful, but not very fast—one payout took longer than I planned for, so now I keep extra margin instead of relying on quick withdrawals. Support is polite and responds, but I often had to explain the issue twice before it got to someone who could actually resolve it. Overall, usable for straightforward FX trading, but I’d like to see a more streamlined portal and more consistent withdrawal timelines.

The web portal is straightforward, but the navigation feels a bit cluttered when I’m trying to quickly find statements and past orders. Deposit via bank transfer went through without drama, but I did have one withdrawal that took longer than I expected (still arrived, just not as fast as the estimate). Support replied politely and pointed me to the right form, though I had to follow up once to get a clear timeline. For my style—mostly intraday on majors—it’s been a generally positive experience with a few UI and turnaround-time improvements needed.
