Execution feels consistent and I don’t get many random freezes or platform hiccups when volatility picks up. Deposits were straightforward for me and the funds showed up without any confusion. Spreads and costs are generally in the range I expected for the products I trade, and the order placement workflow is simple enough that I’m not fighting the UI. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is withdrawals and communication around them. My withdrawals have gone through, but once it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up to get an updated timeline. Support eventually clarified the status and it was resolved, but I’d like more proactive updates. Overall: good for day-to-day trading, just room to improve the withdrawal status transparency.
