Platform is functional but the education section could be better. Had one delayed withdrawal that was resolved after follow-up with support.

I’m Youssef in Dubai and I mostly trade EUR/USD and USD/JPY around the London open. My experience with this broker has been pretty solid overall. Execution feels consistent and I don’t get many random freezes or platform hiccups when volatility picks up. Deposits were straightforward for me and the funds showed up without any confusion. Spreads and costs are generally in the range I expected for the products I trade, and the order placement workflow is simple enough that I’m not fighting the UI. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is withdrawals and communication around them. My withdrawals have gone through, but once it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up to get an updated timeline. Support eventually clarified the status and it was resolved, but I’d like more proactive updates. Overall: good for day-to-day trading, just room to improve the withdrawal status transparency.

I’m Sanjay from Pune and I’ve been using GMO-Z.com for about 6 months mainly for major FX pairs and some index CFDs. Execution has been consistent for my style (intraday, 5–30 min holds) and I didn’t face random disconnects or order re-quotes during normal volatility. What I liked most is the overall “serious” feel—statements are easy to reconcile and the contract details are shown clearly. Spreads on majors were generally competitive for a standard account, though not always the tightest during news. The downside for me was the onboarding/learning curve: the platform options and settings took time to understand, and the first week I felt a bit lost navigating reports and margin details. Support did help, but the replies were sometimes a little template-like before getting specific. Overall I’m satisfied and I still use it, but I’d recommend it more to traders who don’t mind spending time setting everything up properly.

Spreads have been reasonable for the pairs I trade and order placement is straightforward. Slippage has happened around news (which I expect), but on normal market conditions it’s been acceptable. The only part that felt a bit inconvenient was the deposit flow—nothing dramatic, just a few extra steps and waiting for confirmation compared to what I’m used to. Withdrawals came through, but the timing wasn’t always consistent (one was quick, another took longer without much status visibility). Support was polite and did follow up, though the answers sometimes felt templated and I had to ask the same question twice to get a clear response. Still, I’m comfortable continuing with them for now, especially for regular trading days (I just avoid major news with tight stops).

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the overall deposit/withdrawal experience felt a bit restrictive compared to what I’m used to. Deposits went through, but I had to try an alternative method after my first choice wasn’t available in my region. Withdrawals arrived, just not as quickly as I expected the first time, and the tracking/updates could be clearer. Support was polite and answered my questions, though sometimes I had to follow up once to get a complete response. Overall I’d say it’s a good broker for day-to-day trading, with room to improve on payments and communication.
