Once the account was active, the platform felt stable and order execution was consistent for the size I trade. The spreads/fees were generally in line with what I expected, and I didn’t notice random platform freezes during active sessions. The only part I didn’t enjoy was the onboarding and verification flow—it worked, but it took more back-and-forth than I’m used to and I had to re-submit one document due to formatting. After that, deposits were straightforward, but withdrawals weren’t “instant”; they arrived, just not as quickly as I’d prefer. Support was polite and gave clear steps, but response times varied depending on the day. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account as one of my options, but I’d like to see faster processing and smoother KYC guidance.

Order execution has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday with limit orders), and I haven’t had any issues with rejected trades. The platform is stable, but the mobile experience feels a step behind newer brokers—some menus take extra taps and the chart tools are basic. Spreads are acceptable during liquid hours, but they widen noticeably around major news, so I avoid market orders at those times.
