I’m Omar from Sharjah and I’ve been trading mainly majors and some gold on a Standard account. Overall the execution has been solid during normal market hours and I rarely see random re-quotes. Spreads feel competitive on EUR/USD, and the platform connection has been stable for my day-trading sessions. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the client area/UI. Some sections (like transaction history and download statements) take a few clicks more than necessary, and the wording around processing stages could be clearer. I also had one withdrawal that took longer than I expected, but it did arrive. Support was responsive when I asked about the status and they explained the steps, so I can’t say it was ignored—just slower than I’d prefer. If they improve the dashboard clarity and make timelines more transparent, it would be a near-perfect experience for me.
