Mostly smooth execution, small issues with withdrawal timing

I’m Fatima from Ajman and I’ve been trading part-time around my work schedule. I opened a Standard account to test Honor Prime with a small amount first and used it mainly for EURUSD and gold during London/NY overlap. Execution has been consistent for my style (mostly market orders and a few limit entries). The platform connection felt stable and I didn’t notice any major freezes. Spreads were generally acceptable, but during a couple of high-volatility news moments the spread widened more than I expected, so I learned to stay out of the first minutes of releases. Depositing was straightforward and reflected quickly on my side. Withdrawals did arrive, but one request took longer than I planned for (still completed), and the status updates weren’t very detailed, which is why I’m not giving full marks there. Support was polite and didn’t push me to deposit more. They answered my questions about fees and processing steps clearly, just sometimes with a bit of back-and-forth before the issue was fully closed. Overall I’m comfortable continuing, but I’d like clearer withdrawal tracking and more transparency on timing.
