Trading conditions at Honor Prime were acceptable, but one withdrawal took longer than expected. Eventually received funds after additional verification.

I’m Kavya from Chennai and I’ve been using Honor Prime mainly for intraday EURUSD and XAUUSD. Overall the platform has been stable for me with fewer random disconnections compared to a couple of brokers I tested earlier. Order execution feels consistent during normal liquidity, and I like that the spread is usually predictable on my usual pairs. Deposits were straightforward on my side and reflected quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but the ETA wasn’t always clear—one payout took longer than I expected, and I had to check with support for an update. Support was polite and didn’t dodge my questions, but I’d like more proactive status updates (even a simple email saying “processing” vs “sent” would help). I’m continuing with a small-to-medium balance because the trading conditions suit my style, but I’m not giving a full 5 stars until the withdrawal communication improves.

The only area where I think they can improve is withdrawals: my bank transfer wasn’t instant and I had to follow up once to confirm the status. It did arrive, but the process felt a bit more manual than I prefer. Support replied politely and gave clear steps, but I’d like to see faster first responses on payout-related tickets. Overall the execution on major FX pairs has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday EURUSD/GBPUSD), and I don’t feel like I’m fighting the platform during normal market hours. Deposits went through without drama and the funding options were straightforward. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of my requests took longer than I expected because of an extra verification step and it wasn’t clearly explained upfront. Support has been polite and responsive when I contacted them, but the answers sometimes feel templated and I had to follow up to get a more specific explanation. If they improve the app stability/UX and communicate timelines more clearly, it would easily be a 5-star experience for me.

Support replied politely and shared a status, so I can’t say it was bad, just not as quick as I’d like. Overall, I’m comfortable continuing, but I’d love to see faster withdrawal turnaround and clearer timelines in the dashboard.
