Stable execution for my intraday trades, but withdrawal timing could be clearer

I’m Kavya from Chennai and I’ve been using Honor Prime mainly for intraday EURUSD and XAUUSD. Overall the platform has been stable for me with fewer random disconnections compared to a couple of brokers I tested earlier. Order execution feels consistent during normal liquidity, and I like that the spread is usually predictable on my usual pairs. Deposits were straightforward on my side and reflected quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but the ETA wasn’t always clear—one payout took longer than I expected, and I had to check with support for an update. Support was polite and didn’t dodge my questions, but I’d like more proactive status updates (even a simple email saying “processing” vs “sent” would help). I’m continuing with a small-to-medium balance because the trading conditions suit my style, but I’m not giving a full 5 stars until the withdrawal communication improves.
