Overall the platform experience has been stable for me and I didn’t face random disconnects during active sessions. Spreads felt reasonable on normal market hours, though they did widen around major news which I expected. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly. The only area where I think they can improve is withdrawals: my bank transfer wasn’t instant and I had to follow up once to confirm the status. It did arrive, but the process felt a bit more manual than I prefer. Support replied politely and gave clear steps, but I’d like to see faster first responses on payout-related tickets. I’m continuing for now because trading conditions are workable, just hoping they streamline the cash-out process.

Solid execution on majors, app could be smoother

Overall the execution on major FX pairs has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday EURUSD/GBPUSD), and I don’t feel like I’m fighting the platform during normal market hours. Deposits went through without drama and the funding options were straightforward. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of my requests took longer than I expected because of an extra verification step and it wasn’t clearly explained upfront.
