I’m Fatima from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been trading mostly majors and a bit of gold on a Standard account. The platform itself is stable and execution is generally fine for my swing trades, but I had to dig around to understand some of the charges and conditions (like what applies to different instruments and when). Deposit was smooth and the funds showed up quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as fast as I expected and the status updates inside the portal were a little vague, so I ended up checking with support for reassurance. Support was polite and answered, but the responses felt a bit templated at times. Overall it’s usable and I can trade without drama, I just wish the pricing/fees and withdrawal tracking were more transparent.

Okay for basic trading, but the platform feels a bit clunky

Account opening and verification were straightforward for me, and I was able to get funded without too much back-and-forth.
