Mostly smooth trading, minor withdrawal friction

I’m Divya from Thiruvananthapuram. I opened a Standard account to trade EUR/USD and XAU/USD on and off after work. Spreads were generally reasonable during London hours and the platform felt stable on my phone. Deposit via card was instant and the balance updated right away. The only downside for me was withdrawals: the first one took longer than I expected because they asked for an extra document upload (address proof). It eventually went through, but the process wasn’t as clear as it could be. Support replied within a day and explained what was missing, so overall I still feel okay using it for small-to-medium position sizes.
