The trading platform itself felt stable during normal market hours and I didn’t see random disconnects, which matters to me because I check positions from mobile a lot. What I liked: pricing looked fair for the instruments I used, and the order placement flow is straightforward once you get used to the menus. Statements and reporting were also easy to export. What I didn’t like: the account opening/KYC back-and-forth took longer than I expected and I had to re-upload one document because the system flagged it. Not a dealbreaker, but it’s friction. Overall I’m satisfied and I’d keep it as a secondary account, but I’d love a faster onboarding process and clearer status updates while documents are being reviewed.
