I’m Sara from Abu Dhabi and I used CGSCIMB mainly to monitor FX exposure alongside other investments. The trading platform itself felt stable during normal market hours and I didn’t see random disconnects, which matters to me because I check positions from mobile a lot. What I liked: pricing looked fair for the instruments I used, and the order placement flow is straightforward once you get used to the menus. Statements and reporting were also easy to export. What I didn’t like: the account opening/KYC back-and-forth took longer than I expected and I had to re-upload one document because the system flagged it. Not a dealbreaker, but it’s friction. Overall I’m satisfied and I’d keep it as a secondary account, but I’d love a faster onboarding process and clearer status updates while documents are being reviewed.

I’m Mariam from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using CGS CIMB for about 6 months alongside my usual FX/CFD apps. The experience feels more like a traditional brokerage platform: not super flashy, but stable. What I liked: onboarding and verification were straightforward, and once the account was active the platform felt consistent with fewer random glitches. Pricing isn’t always the absolute tightest compared with pure FX brokers, but for the way I trade (mostly small position sizes and fewer trades) it’s acceptable. Funding was smooth from my side and the balance reflected correctly. Withdrawals were mostly okay too, but one request took longer than I expected because of an extra confirmation step, so I’m not giving a perfect score there. Support: I contacted them twice with “new user” questions (fees and settlement timing). Replies were polite and clear, though not instant. Overall I’m satisfied and would keep it as a more conservative option in my mix.
