Overall my experience with Noor Capital has been positive: spreads are generally competitive during London/NY overlap and I haven’t had any surprise re-quotes on market orders. The onboarding/KYC was straightforward, and I like that the account area keeps the basics (statements, funding, profile) easy to find. Where it needs work is the mobile experience and small operational details. The app feels a bit heavy at times and I’ve had occasional logouts, especially when switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data. Also, some fees/conditions are not presented as clearly as they could be inside the dashboard (I had to double-check the support articles to confirm a couple of funding rules). Support has been polite and responsive when I asked about swap rates and margin requirements, and the answers were clear. If they improve the platform stability and make the in-app disclosures more transparent, it would be close to a 5 for me.
