Spreads were competitive during London session and I had no major slippage issues on major pairs. Mobile app works well for monitoring positions.

Overall the execution felt stable during normal market hours and the platform setup was straightforward. Deposits through local bank transfer reached my account the same day a couple of times, which was a relief. My only real gripe is the overall cost around funding/withdrawal on the banking side. The broker side process was fine, but intermediary bank charges and the time it takes to confirm sometimes makes it feel less predictable than card/UPI-style options. Support was generally helpful when I asked about account verification and trading hours, though one query took a day to get a clear answer. Good enough for my style, just plan your banking method so the fees don’t surprise you.

Overall the order execution has felt consistent during normal market hours, and I haven’t had random disconnections on my side. Spreads are generally fine for my style (short intraday trades), although around news it can widen more than I’d like, which is expected but still noticeable. Deposits went through without drama using my usual payment method, and the client area is straightforward once you learn where everything is. The one area I’d like improved is the mobile experience—some menus feel a bit crowded and it takes extra taps to find basic reports like daily P/L. Support has been decent: not instant every time, but when I raised a question about swap charges and statement format, they explained it clearly and pointed me to the right section. Withdrawals have worked for me, but the processing time felt a little slower than my fastest broker, so I’m leaving that as a 3 for now. No major red flags in my experience—just a few usability tweaks and faster withdrawal processing would make it a stronger 5/5.

Overall the experience has been solid: MT5 connection has been stable for me and market orders on majors like EURUSD and GBPUSD usually fill without surprises. Deposits were straightforward using a card transfer, and the funds showed up quickly in my trading balance. Spreads are generally competitive during London session, though they widen more than I expected around high-impact news, so I avoid entering right at the release. Support was polite and responsive when I asked about swap charges and how to download account statements. The only thing I’d like improved is the clarity of the back-office reporting (it took me a bit to reconcile closed trades vs. history export). If they refine the reporting section, it would easily be a 5 for me.
