The platform experience is straightforward and the evaluation rules are clear, which I actually like because it forces me to follow my plan. Execution and charts were stable for my style (intraday, mostly majors) and I didn’t run into random disconnects. Deposits were smooth on my side and the dashboard updates were easy to follow. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the reset/fee structure can become expensive if you have a couple of rough weeks, and the rules can feel a bit tight when volatility spikes. Support answered my questions within a day and the responses were helpful, just not always super detailed. Overall, it’s been a positive experience for building discipline, but you need to budget for the costs and treat it like a structured program, not a casual account.

My executions felt consistent during normal market hours, and the daily loss limits helped me stay disciplined. The downside for me is the pacing. I trade actively and I felt like the scaling/step progression was slower than I expected, especially after a good week. Also, some rule details (like how certain days are counted when I pause) took a couple of chats with support to fully understand. Once it clicked, it was fine, but I wish the dashboard explained those edge cases more clearly. Overall it’s been a solid experience and I’d keep it in my rotation, just with the expectation that it’s structured and you have to adapt your trading rhythm to their framework.

What I liked: the evaluation structure is straightforward, and the dashboard makes it easy to track where you stand. Execution felt consistent on my end, and I didn’t have any weird price spikes that changed the outcome of my trades. Payout process was generally smooth once I followed the steps exactly. What I didn’t like: the first couple of weeks were frustrating because the platform/settings and the rules can feel strict if you’re used to more flexible retail accounts. I also wish the fee schedule and add-ons were summarized in one simple page—everything is there, but you have to click around. Support was responsive when I asked about account resets and payout timing, but the answers sometimes felt templated. Still, they solved my issue. Net: I’d recommend it if you’re disciplined and you read the rules carefully. If you want a casual trading account, it can feel restrictive.
