I’m Youssef from Sharjah and I’ve been using Axi on and off for about six months. Order execution on majors has been consistent for me, and the platform setup was straightforward. Spreads look reasonable during normal hours, but I did notice they widen around high-impact news, so I avoid entering right at the release. Deposits went through quickly and the client area is easy enough to navigate. My only real friction has been withdrawals: they did arrive, but the timeline wasn’t clearly explained upfront and I had to double-check the status more than I expected. Support was polite and helped me confirm the processing steps, though it took a couple of messages to get a clear answer. Overall I’d keep it in my rotation for regular trading, but I’d like more transparent withdrawal ETAs and more proactive notifications.

I’m Layla from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using Axi as my main FX account for the last 6 months. Overall the spreads on majors felt competitive during normal hours and execution was stable enough for my intraday trades (mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD). I like that the platform setup was straightforward and I didn’t have to jump through too many steps to get trading. Deposits via card were basically instant on my side, which I appreciated. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of my withdrawals took longer than I expected and the status updates in the client area weren’t very descriptive, so I ended up checking with support. Support was polite and eventually clarified what stage my request was in, but it took a couple of back-and-forth messages to get a clear answer. Not a deal breaker, just something I’d like to see improved. If they refine the dashboard and make funding status more transparent, I’d be very happy long term.
