I’m Layla from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using Axi as my main FX account for the last 6 months. Overall the spreads on majors felt competitive during normal hours and execution was stable enough for my intraday trades (mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD). I like that the platform setup was straightforward and I didn’t have to jump through too many steps to get trading. Deposits via card were basically instant on my side, which I appreciated. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of my withdrawals took longer than I expected and the status updates in the client area weren’t very descriptive, so I ended up checking with support. Support was polite and eventually clarified what stage my request was in, but it took a couple of back-and-forth messages to get a clear answer. Not a deal breaker, just something I’d like to see improved. If they refine the dashboard and make funding status more transparent, I’d be very happy long term.
