Solid execution, but the portal could be cleaner

Overall the spreads on majors felt competitive during normal hours and execution was stable enough for my intraday trades (mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD). I like that the platform setup was straightforward and I didn’t have to jump through too many steps to get trading. Deposits via card were basically instant on my side, which I appreciated. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of my withdrawals took longer than I expected and the status updates in the client area weren’t very descriptive, so I ended up checking with support. Support was polite and eventually clarified what stage my request was in, but it took a couple of back-and-forth messages to get a clear answer.
