I’m Sanjay from Chennai and I’ve been using Mashreq Securities for about 6 months mainly for FX majors and a few CFDs. Account opening and KYC were straightforward and the trading platform has been stable for me during normal market hours. Order execution feels consistent on market orders, and I like that the statements and reports are easy to download. What I’d like improved is the fee/charge visibility. I ran into small surprises around conversion/processing costs when moving funds between currency balances, and it took some digging to understand where it was coming from. Nothing alarming, just not as transparent as it could be. Support was polite and eventually clarified it, but I’d prefer a single clear fee page with examples. Overall, I’m comfortable continuing, especially for basic trading and keeping things simple.

I opened a Standard account from Abu Dhabi and the onboarding process felt straightforward, with clear emails and a checklist that made it hard to miss anything. I mostly trade major FX pairs as swing positions, and order placement/execution has been stable for my style. Deposits were credited without drama and the transaction history is easy to reconcile with my bank notifications. Withdrawals worked, but the timing wasn’t always consistent—one request landed quickly while another took a bit longer than I expected, even though it still arrived. Support has been polite and practical. I didn’t get copy‑paste answers, and when I asked about fees and cut-off times they explained it in a way that actually matched what I later saw in my account. Overall I’m satisfied, with a small note that payout timelines could be more predictable.
