I’m Arjun from Kolkata and I’ve been using RoboMarkets for about 6 months on a Standard account, mostly trading EURUSD and XAUUSD during London/NY overlap. Order execution has been consistent for my style (small scalps and occasional swings), and MT platform stability has been good even on heavier news days. Deposits were straightforward, but I wish the funding page gave a more realistic estimate for each method—my first bank transfer took longer than I expected, while card/top-up style methods were much faster. Withdrawals arrived, but the processing steps felt a bit opaque (status updates weren’t always detailed), so I found myself checking support just to confirm what stage it was at. Support was polite and did resolve my questions, though I had to follow up once to get a clearer timeline. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account, but I’d rate it higher if the payment status tracking and time estimates were more transparent.

I’m Kavya from Chennai and I’ve been using RoboForex on a Standard account for about 6 months, mostly for EURUSD and gold during London session. Execution has been stable for my style (short intraday trades), and I haven’t seen random requotes on my end. Spreads are generally fine, though they widen a bit around news which I now avoid. Deposit was straightforward and credited quickly. Withdrawal worked, but it wasn’t instant—one of my requests took longer than I expected and the status updates were not very descriptive. Support did respond and explained the steps, but I had to follow up once. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account, but I’d like clearer withdrawal status tracking and a cleaner layout in the client area.
