Deposits went through without drama (bank transfer), and I appreciated that the funding steps were straightforward. Where it can improve is the account reporting/history view. When I tried to reconcile a few trades and overnight charges, I had to export statements and double-check manually because the breakdown wasn’t as intuitive as I’d like. Support was polite and did respond, but the first reply felt a bit templated before they answered my exact question. Overall, I’m satisfied and I still trade here, but I’d like to see clearer statements and a more detailed cost breakdown inside the portal.
