I’m Fatima Malik in Abu Dhabi and I opened a Standard account to test Jadwa alongside my usual FX accounts. The platform experience has been stable for my day-to-day monitoring, and the statements/reporting are easy to follow, which I appreciate when I’m reviewing trades at the end of the week. My only real downside was the onboarding pace. Getting the account fully ready took longer than I expected, with a bit of back-and-forth on documents. Once everything was approved, deposits went through fine and trading has been smooth. Withdrawals worked, but not as fast as I’d like—nothing alarming, just not “same day” in my case. Support was polite and professional and did answer my questions, although I sometimes had to follow up to get a final confirmation. Overall, a good experience for a Standard account and I’d keep it as a secondary option, but I’d love a faster setup and slightly quicker payouts.

I’m Sanjay Singh from Chennai, and I’ve been using Jadwa mainly for short swing trades and occasional intraday positions. Overall the platform feels stable and execution is consistent during normal market hours. I like that the UI is clean and the order flow is straightforward, so I don’t feel like I’m fighting the app. Deposits were smooth for me, but the actual time depends on banking hours, so I don’t treat it as “instant.” Withdrawals did arrive, though one of them took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once. Support was polite and they kept the ticket open until it was resolved, but the response time wasn’t always immediate. Spreads were generally acceptable on majors for my style, and I didn’t notice anything alarming—just the usual widening around major news releases, which I now avoid trading. Not perfect, but I’m comfortable continuing with a moderate balance.
