I’m Fatima Malik in Abu Dhabi and I opened a Standard account to test Jadwa alongside my usual FX accounts. The platform experience has been stable for my day-to-day monitoring, and the statements/reporting are easy to follow, which I appreciate when I’m reviewing trades at the end of the week. My only real downside was the onboarding pace. Getting the account fully ready took longer than I expected, with a bit of back-and-forth on documents. Once everything was approved, deposits went through fine and trading has been smooth. Withdrawals worked, but not as fast as I’d like—nothing alarming, just not “same day” in my case. Support was polite and professional and did answer my questions, although I sometimes had to follow up to get a final confirmation. Overall, a good experience for a Standard account and I’d keep it as a secondary option, but I’d love a faster setup and slightly quicker payouts.
