I’m Vikram from Pune and I’ve been using Eightcap mostly on MT5 for intraday EURUSD and XAUUSD. Overall the fills are quick and I’m not seeing weird requotes during normal sessions. Spreads feel competitive on majors, and my stop/limit orders trigger where I expect most of the time. Account opening was straightforward and verification didn’t drag on. The only thing I’d improve is the overall client area/app experience—some menus feel a bit buried, and it took me longer than expected to find certain account settings and statement exports. Support has been decent: I got a clear response on swap rates and trading hours, but not always instantly. Deposits were quick for me, and withdrawals went through, just not as fast as I’d like (still within an acceptable window).

Overall the spreads and fills have been consistent for my style (short intraday trades), and I haven’t noticed any strange spikes on my charts. Depositing was straightforward and the balance updated quickly. Withdrawals did go through, but my last one took longer than I expected because I had to re-upload a document after it was rejected for being slightly blurry. Support was polite and clear, but it still added a day. The main reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the platform experience on mobile—charts are fine, but switching between instruments and managing alerts feels a bit clunky compared to what I’m used to. If they polish the mobile flow and make the verification/withdrawal steps more transparent, it would be close to perfect for me.
