I’m Youssef from Ajman and I opened a Standard account mainly for FX majors and gold. The sign-up and verification were straightforward and I was trading the same day. On normal market conditions, orders fill quickly and the platform feels stable even during the London/NY overlap. Deposits went through without drama and showed up fast. Withdrawals did arrive, but my last one took longer than I expected because it was queued over a weekend, so I’m not giving a perfect score there. Support was responsive when I asked about the cutoff times and they explained the process clearly. Overall I’m happy with the trading experience and pricing, just keep an eye on withdrawal processing timing around weekends/holidays.

I’m Arjun from Delhi and I’ve been using Eightcap on a Standard account for the last 6 months, mostly trading EUR/USD and XAU/USD on MT5. The onboarding was straightforward and I liked that the pricing felt consistent during normal market hours—spreads were usually tight enough for my intraday trades and the execution didn’t feel “laggy” on my end. Deposits went through smoothly for me and the client portal is simple to navigate. Where I think they can improve is withdrawals: my first withdrawal took longer than I expected (not rejected, just slower and with more status updates than I’d like). Support was polite and did follow up, but the answers felt a bit templated. Overall I’m satisfied and I still trade here, but I’d rate it higher if withdrawal processing and communication were a little more proactive.

Smooth MT5 execution, app could be cleaner

I’m Vikram from Pune and I’ve been using Eightcap mostly on MT5 for intraday EURUSD and XAUUSD. Overall the fills are quick and I’m not seeing weird requotes during normal sessions. Spreads feel competitive on majors, and my stop/limit orders trigger where I expect most of the time. Account opening was straightforward and verification didn’t drag on. The only thing I’d improve is the overall client area/app experience—some menus feel a bit buried, and it took me longer than expected to find certain account settings and statement exports. Support has been decent: I got a clear response on swap rates and trading hours, but not always instantly.
