Overall the trading experience has been solid: orders on majors like EUR/USD and GBP/USD usually fill quickly and I haven’t noticed anything strange with pricing during normal market hours. The platform setup was straightforward and I like that the account area is simple enough to find statements and confirm margin details without clicking through too many pages. Spreads were generally in line with what I expected for a Standard account, though around big news releases it can widen more than I prefer (not unique to them, just something to plan for). My main frustration was onboarding/admin: the verification and account approval steps felt a bit slow, and I had to resubmit one document because the upload wasn’t clear the first time. Support did respond and explained what they needed, but it added a couple of days before everything was fully ready. Deposits worked fine for me, withdrawals were completed but not as fast as the deposit side. I’m still comfortable using them, but I’d rate them higher if the back-office steps were smoother and withdrawals were more consistently quick.

Support was polite and clear, but it still added a day.
