I’m Omar from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using Eightcap for about 6 months on a Standard account, mostly trading EUR/USD and GBP/USD during the London session. Overall the spreads and fills have been consistent for my style (short intraday trades), and I haven’t noticed any strange spikes on my charts. Depositing was straightforward and the balance updated quickly. Withdrawals did go through, but my last one took longer than I expected because I had to re-upload a document after it was rejected for being slightly blurry. Support was polite and clear, but it still added a day. The main reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the platform experience on mobile—charts are fine, but switching between instruments and managing alerts feels a bit clunky compared to what I’m used to. If they polish the mobile flow and make the verification/withdrawal steps more transparent, it would be close to perfect for me.
