Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly, but when I did my first withdrawal I had to double-check the steps and expected timeline because the status messages weren’t very descriptive. The money arrived, but I would prefer clearer updates and a more precise ETA inside the client area. Support was responsive when I asked about account verification and trading hours; I got polite answers and no copy‑paste vibe. Solid execution on majors, app could be smoother

Overall the spreads and fills have been consistent for my style (short intraday trades), and I haven’t noticed any strange spikes on my charts. Depositing was straightforward and the balance updated quickly. Withdrawals did go through, but my last one took longer than I expected because I had to re-upload a document after it was rejected for being slightly blurry. Support was polite and clear, but it still added a day. The main reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the platform experience on mobile—charts are fine, but switching between instruments and managing alerts feels a bit clunky compared to what I’m used to.
