The onboarding was straightforward and I liked that the pricing felt consistent during normal market hours—spreads were usually tight enough for my intraday trades and the execution didn’t feel “laggy” on my end. Deposits went through smoothly for me and the client portal is simple to navigate. Where I think they can improve is withdrawals: my first withdrawal took longer than I expected (not rejected, just slower and with more status updates than I’d like). Support was polite and did follow up, but the answers felt a bit templated. Overall I’m satisfied and I still trade here, but I’d rate it higher if withdrawal processing and communication were a little more proactive.

Overall the spreads and fills have been consistent for my style (short intraday trades), and I haven’t noticed any strange spikes on my charts. Depositing was straightforward and the balance updated quickly. Withdrawals did go through, but my last one took longer than I expected because I had to re-upload a document after it was rejected for being slightly blurry. Support was polite and clear, but it still added a day. The main reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the platform experience on mobile—charts are fine, but switching between instruments and managing alerts feels a bit clunky compared to what I’m used to. If they polish the mobile flow and make the verification/withdrawal steps more transparent, it would be close to perfect for me.
